BALLAST Counseling

About this template

BALLAST is a therapist website template for therapists, psychologists, counselors and mental health clinics. Introduce your clinicians, explain fees and insurance, and help a nervous new client send a first message. Built for a solo private practice or a group therapy practice.

A homepage that listens

The homepage opens on a real consulting room, seen from the client's chair. The visitor says what brought them (trauma, grief, insomnia, a couple having the same fight, life after a baby) and a therapist answers in their own voice: the approach, the session fee and when they are free.

Therapist directory and profiles

A filterable therapist directory with clinician profiles that work with a seated photo, a headshot or a nameplate. Credentials render correctly (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD).

Fees and insurance

Insurance plan chips show the real out-of-pocket cost, sliding scale and superbills. No other therapy website template has it.

New client intake form

An intake form that helps a new client write their first message to a therapist or counselor.
