BALLAST is a template for therapy practices and mental-health clinicians — built to answer the five questions a client actually has: who would I see, what would they do, what does it cost, does my insurance work, and when can I start. Most therapy templates sell the vibe of calm and answer none of them. BALLAST answers all five.

THE CHAIR — the homepage opens on a real consulting room, seen from the client's chair. They say what brought them ("I can't sleep," "we keep having the same fight"), and a clinician arrives and sits down. The room warms, they answer in their own voice, and three details resolve: what they'd use, what it costs, when they're free.
