Framplates is a directory of Framer website templates. We help you discover templates, but we do not sell them or process payments. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for templates you find here.
No Returns or Exchanges
Framer templates are digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or exchanged. For this reason, Framplates does not accept returns or exchanges.
Where Purchases Happen
Paid templates listed on Framplates are bought on the Framer Marketplace, directly from the independent creator who made them. Framplates is not a party to the sale and never receives your payment details.
Refunds
Refunds are at the discretion of each template creator, under that creator's own refund policy. You can usually find it on the template page, at checkout, or on your receipt. Please review it before you buy.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact the template creator directly, using the contact details on the template page or your receipt. Include your purchase details and the reason for your request.
- If the creator does not respond, contact Framer Support, which can help facilitate communication with the creator. See Framer's guide: How refunds work on the Marketplace.
Free Templates
Free templates cost nothing, so there is no charge to refund.
