About this template

Blush is a magazine theme for writing that argues with the marketing: reviews worn for weeks, ingredient explainers, and shade notes that never fit in a caption. It ships as a complete publication, including 13 page types, a four-collection CMS and 30 demo stories; not a landing page with a blog bolted on.

Stories, four ways: Every post picks its own opening from the CMS: Standard, Banner, Cover, or a full-screen Immersive treatment where the header lies over the photograph. Section pages do the same, choosing a featured, grid or list layout per section.

Built as a CMS, not a page: Posts, Sections, Contributors and Topics, with reference fields wired throughout — section pages, contributor pages, topic pages and an archive all fill themselves. Covers carry credits, alt text and an optional wide crop; read time is computed from the article body.
