About this template

Boltwick is a website template for dispatch and field-service software sold to trade crews: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and maintenance.

The hero is a working dispatch board. Four technicians each have a day of jobs on a timeline and new jobs wait in the unassigned queue. Drag one onto a tech's row: the board previews the slot, the drive in and out and any parts pickup. If the tech lacks the skill, the drop is refused with a reason written out. When you let go, drive times recalculate, the day's totals tick over, and the job sheet appears on the tech's phone beside the board. On a phone, visitors swipe between technicians and tap to assign.

The style is hi-vis utility: safety yellow on warm grey, reflective-tape bands as dividers, blueprint dimension lines over the pricing tiers, condensed display type and monospaced data.

Limitations: the board's technicians and jobs are set in the code component. Company names and figures are invented.
