About Focal Point
A free Framer template for portrait, editorial and brand photographers who want a portfolio that feels like a printed photo book. Dark, image-first and calm: your work leads, the type stays quiet, and every section is built to turn a visitor into a booked session.
A portfolio that lets the photos do the talking
The hero opens with a slow film strip of your latest shoots. Below it, a selected work grid where every photo zooms open into a full-screen view. Images stay black and white in the grid and reveal their color when opened, so the whole site reads as one body of work.
From first look to booked session
Focal Point walks a client through everything they need before they book: session types with duration, location, delivery and starting price, an about section with your story on a timeline, two pricing plans, client testimonials, a FAQ and a closing call to action with your email. Photos, services and FAQ live in Framer CMS, so you can update them without touching the layout.
Features
One-Page Portfolio: Home and a custom 404, everything a photographer needs on one scroll.
Zoom Lightbox: Photos grow from the grid into a full-screen view and back.
Film Strip Hero: A slow-moving strip of your latest work that eases down on hover.
3 CMS Collections: Photos, Services and FAQ, editable without code.
Sessions and Pricing: Session details with duration, delivery and prices, plus two pricing plans.
Fully Responsive: Tested on desktop, tablet and mobile.
SEO-Optimized: Fast loading, alt texts and meta tags in place.
Easy to Edit: Swap in your photos and copy in Framer's visual editor and go live in under a day.
