Halflight Cinema

About this template

Give a film weekend a clear programme and room for its images. Halflight Cinema is a free Framer template for independent cinemas, film clubs and small screening events. Lavender surfaces, condensed headings and generous artwork frame the practical details: what is showing, when it starts and where to find it.

The home page lets visitors move between three days, see a featured film and read that day's screenings. A separate programme page brings the full weekend together. Four fictional film records demonstrate the CMS detail pages, with synopses, running times, language, caption information, content notes and screening summaries.

Eight page types are included: Home, Programme, Film Detail, Visit, About, Enquire, Guide and 404. Native Framer layouts, shared styles and editable components carry the design across desktop, laptop, tablet and phone. The enquiry page includes a native form and an email fallback.

The Guide explains the actual editing model. Film content lives in CMS; day variants, full programme rows and screening summaries are maintained manually. Three original generated illustrations are supplied as demo programme artwork, including a second crop for the fourth film.

Replace the fictional event details, connect your own form destination and check your programme before publishing. This template does not include ticket sales, reservations or live availability. The template is free; Framer hosting and any paid plan are separate.
