About this template

Live preview →

Most portfolios ask you to scroll before they show you anything. Image does the opposite: your work fills the screen from the first second, and the visitor chooses what to look at.

The home page is an index, twelve titles, numbered, nothing else. Hover one and that project's film takes over the entire background while the other titles fall back. It reads like a contact sheet you play with your cursor.

What makes Image different?

* Work first, chrome never - No hero banner, no headline about your process. Twelve titles and the films behind them.

* Built to stay fast - Only the film you hover is ever downloaded. Twelve projects load like one.

* One screen, no scrolling - Home, About and Contact each fit the viewport exactly. Only the project page scrolls, because it is the only one with a story to tell.

* Everything from one collection - Titles, credits, films, stills and showreel all live in a single CMS collection. You never touch the pages.

* Restraint as a style - Monochrome, one typeface, hairline rules. Your images are the only colour on the site.

Image is built natively in Framer: smooth performance, clean metadata for SEO, and a setup you finish in an afternoon.

Whether you shoot films, take photographs or direct, this template puts the work in front of everything else.

Pages included

* Home - A full-screen index of your work, with the film revealing on hover.

* Project (CMS) - Opens full frame, pins the film while the credits scroll, then a gallery of stills and an optional YouTube showreel.

* About - A single screen: your story on one side, the facts on the other.

* Contact - A working form and your direct details. Nothing else.

* 404 - Written in the same voice as the rest of the site.
