Marchmont Lite is the free, three-page starting point for Marchmont, a Framer template built for a residential brokerage that would rather talk about the eight postcodes it knows than the thirty it does not. It carries over the same ruled, one-pixel-line layout, the same type system, and the same photography-only colour approach as the full template, so anyone who remixes it is looking at the real design language, not a watered-down preview.

It exists to let you try the CMS and the design system before committing to the full nine-page version: a home page with a live property register and a working area ticker, one property detail template, and a 404 page, all driven by two connected collections.

Not intended as a finished multi-page site: the homes index, filtering, journal, studio and contact pages, and the sticky process rail are only in the full $79 version.
