About Marin

Marin turns a macOS desktop into a Framer portfolio. Your work sits on the wallpaper as app icons, and each one opens in a real window with a working close button. Made for photographers, art directors and small studios.

Highlights

Icons drag freely around the desktop. A drag never opens a project by mistake — only a real click does.

Clicking the red light closes the window with a quick fade. Every window centers itself and sits above the desktop with its own shadow.

About, Services and Gallery sit as tabs inside every open window, so you can jump between them without closing anything.

About, Services and Gallery are also their own folders on the desktop, opening the same window as any project would.

Four windows, all editable from the CMS: your intro, your service list, loose gallery shots, and full case studies with title, client, overview, challenge, solution, credits and photos.

One set of color and text styles runs the whole thing. Change a token, the desktop follows.

About, Services, Gallery and every project share the same window and the same tabs inside it. Nothing feels like a separate page.

Responsive

Works on desktop, tablet and phone. Windows resize to fit and scroll inside themselves — nothing runs off the edge of the screen.

Replace the sample projects and gallery photos with your own through the CMS, update your About text and services, publish.
