Mavric Estate:

About this template

Mavric Estate is a premium real estate template for local agencies, independent agents and property developers. It pairs calm, editorial design with motion that feels expensive: a branded intro loader, a three-clip video hero, smooth scrolling and page transitions.

Every listing lives in the CMS. Add a home once and it appears on the home page, in the filterable Properties page and on its own detail page, with gallery, key facts, mortgage calculator, agent card and a viewing request form. Areas, agents, reviews and FAQs are CMS-driven too, so the whole site updates from one place.

Built entirely with native Framer layers, components, colour styles and text styles, so it is easy to rebrand without touching code.
