Northfield

About this template

Northfield is a template for the people who actually build things - general contractors, design-build firms, civil and industrial outfits. It reads like a project record, not a brochure: drawing-sheet codes down the rail, real numbers, and photography that reveals as you scroll.

Eight pages, ready to fill Home, Work index, a CMS project detail page, Careers with an application form, Style guide, Privacy, Terms, and a 404.

Built to be edited

A CMS-driven project catalogue with sector filtering, and a detail page covering facts, challenge/solution, outcome stats, and a 12-image gallery

Two working forms - project enquiry and job application

A shared site layout, so the nav and footer are edited once

Color and text styles throughout, plus a style-guide page documenting them

Motion you can actually change Every entrance is a native Framer Effect - no hidden animation code. Five presets across the whole site, all on one easing curve, with staggered cascades on every grid and list tuned to finish inside 1.2 seconds. Layer names carry their preset (Team List · card-lift), so you can find every use of an animation by searching the layers panel. Mobile carries its own reduced distances.

Responsive across desktop, tablet and phone.

A few signature pieces - the hero reveal, the scroll-linked photo reveals and the sticky method rail - are powered by included code overrides, documented in the template.
