Overload

About this template

Overload is a website template for personal trainers, strength coaches and online fitness coaches who want a site that sells coaching, not stock gym photos.

At its heart is the Barbell Story, a real-time 3D scene unique to this template. A full barbell hovers over two stacks of plates. As visitors scroll through your method, each step lifts a pair of plates off the floor and locks it onto the bar, with your step names printed on the plates. When the bar is fully loaded, the collars snap on and the bar is lifted. Your process, told as progressive overload.

Every part of the barbell is editable in the properties panel, no code needed:

1 to 6 steps, each loading one pair of plates with its own title, text and plate label

Your brand name printed around the plate ring

Colors for background, plates, plate text, bar, collars and accent

Scroll-driven or autoplay mode, text left or right, plate stacks and final lift on or off

Camera angle, zoom, mouse parallax, heading and body fonts

A canvas preview slider to edit any moment of the animation

Around the barbell is a complete coaching site designed to convert:

A bold hero with count-up stats and a clear call to action

A statement that lights up word by word as you scroll

Audience tabs with a photo, line and client quote for each type of client

Four plan cards and a full Coaching page with a comparison table

Coach Match, a two-question quiz that recommends the right plan

Results CMS with client story pages, a Reviews CMS wall and a quote slider

Journal CMS with article pages

A native application form with pending, success and error states

About page with a sticky chapter index, and a 404 page

Fully responsive desktop, tablet and phone, with a phone menu that closes on scroll

Everything is native Framer: color tokens, text styles, components, a shared layout and CMS. Free fonts: Barlow Semi Condensed and Inter. Photos from Unsplash, ready to swap for your own.
