Parkside is a Framer template built for independent and boutique estate agents who win on reputation, not reach.

The design puts the agent front and centre their story, their market knowledge, their track record then lets properties, neighbourhoods, and client testimonials do the rest of the selling.

The design does real work:

The layout puts you first, your story, your numbers, your expertise, and lets listings and testimonials support that, rather than lead it. Animated stat counters, a neighbourhood data section, a career timeline, and a client testimonials grid give prospective clients the reassurance they need to reach out rather than keep looking.

A fixed floating action bar stays anchored at the bottom of the screen as visitors scroll through the specs, keeping the address, price, and contact CTA always in reach.
