Realtime Career

About this template

Most career pages are static.

Real-Time Career turns Framer career pages into live application tracking experiences. It helps companies display real-time application counts, latest applicant activity, duplicate submission protection, demand indicators, and deadline-based review status - without building a custom backend from scratch.

Powered by Firebase Realtime Database and designed for Framer.

Real-Time Career does not select, rank, evaluate, or hire candidates. It only helps career pages display application activity and status more clearly.

Firebase is not used to store raw personal applicant data such as names, emails, phone numbers, CVs, or application messages. Applicant details are handled through the form email, Google Sheets, webhook, or the site owner’s preferred form workflow.

Firebase is used only for the live counter, masked latest activity, duplicate protection structure, and deadline status.

When the deadline passes, the position switches to “Candidate Pool - Under Review”. After the review window, it shows “Applications are now closed.” Old counter data, live activity, duplicate protection data, and cycle status can be cleared for a new application cycle.

Easy setup: add your Firebase credentials, apply the included database rules, and connect everything from Framer properties.
