It answers the questions patients ask before they book. Where does it hurt? Does my insurance work? What happens at my first visit? Body-area chips lead to condition pages. Each condition links to its recommended treatments, each treatment to the clinicians who offer it, and each clinician to the clinics where they practice.
You get 22 pages: 16 static pages and 6 CMS detail templates, powered by 9 collections. The collections are Conditions, Treatments, Clinicians, Locations, Insurance Plans, Packages, Resources, Reviews and Blog Posts. The Conditions, Resources and Blog lists can be filtered. A home-exercise library includes a reusable "Consult your clinician" disclaimer.
Booking runs through a single component. Paste the embed code or booking link from Jane App, WebPT, a ChiroTouch-style system or Calendly, and a fallback request form and a "call to book" button stay available. A sticky Call / Book bar sits on phones.
Setup: edit colors, fonts and CMS content, then follow the noindex Template Guide.
Limitations: no scheduling or insurance integration is connected, so you paste your vendor's code. Connect form destinations yourself, and keep medical history in your HIPAA-compliant intake system. Includes AI-generated sample photos you can keep or replace; sample numbers, reviews and legal pages are placeholders to replace.
