The Sandbanks Build is a story-led digital journal created for a family building their forever home by the sea in Sandbanks, Poole.

Rather than treating the project like a conventional property website, the experience was designed as a living record of the build — capturing the journey, the house, the family and the small moments in between.

The site combines warm editorial storytelling, architectural imagery, project updates and video content to give followers a more personal way to stay connected as the build unfolds. From early groundworks and design renders to future milestones, every section was designed to make the process feel intimate, considered and worth following.
