Thornbury is a complete website for independent consultants and boutique advisory practices, built on a real design system rather than a one-off layout. It is written from the assessor's seat, not the builder's.

The difference is the exception line. Every agent ROI calculator multiplies tasks by minutes by hourly rate and calls the answer a payback period. None of them price the tasks the agent gets wrong, or the person who has to check its work before it goes out the door. Thornbury's payback model prices both, side by side. Take 500 tasks a month at 6 minutes each and a 35 an hour loaded rate: the typical pitch returns 2.9 months and 14,340 in the first year. Price the exceptions in at 92% accuracy and 12 minutes each, and 40 tasks a month still need a person: 3,360 off the first-year headline, and the honest payback moves to 3.5 months.

A number a consultant can hand to a client's board without it falling apart in month three.

Ten pages plus two CMS detail templates and a custom 404: home, solutions, a full payback model page, engagements, pricing, about, notes, contact with a working enquiry form, privacy and terms. Desktop, tablet and phone are laid out, including a drawer navigation.

Engagements and notes are CMS collections. Each engagement stores its own hours returned, payback months, agent accuracy and exceptions per month as numbers, and those numbers drive both the card and the detail page. Agent accuracy and minutes per exception are controls, not hard-coded values, and the currency switches too.

This is a full retarget, not a palette swap. Display type is set in Fraunces over Inter at a 150px editorial rhythm, and sections divide with a hairline rule instead of a filled band.

Nine isometric 3D renders ship with the template, plus a twelve-state animated band built as self-contained inline SVG, so nothing depends on a hosted file or a plugin. Every colour comes from one of ten tokens, so rebranding is a colour change rather than a rebuild.
