A portfolio template for independent web and product designers who work with clients. It includes a project planner that estimates timelines from deadlines, project requirements, and bookings, plus case studies, packages, and a contact form.

About this template

Workback is a free portfolio template for independent web and product designers who work with clients. Every client asks the same first question: can you have it live by this date? Workback answers it on your site, from the bookings you enter, before they write.

Why Workback

A working planner: the client picks a project, a deadline, review speed and content readiness, and sees Fits, Tight or Late in working days

The full plan: kickoff, live date, a confirm-by date and every milestone marked You or Me, laid over your booked and away days

When the date is too close, it names the fewest changes that make it work (or the fastest possible plan), and one click applies them

"Send me this plan" opens the contact form with the whole plan filled in

Your next free start and a 12-week calendar strip in the hero, from the same bookings

What you get

The full Framer project: Home, a page per case study (CMS), About, Contact and 404

2 CMS collections: 6 case studies with a planned vs shipped row, and 5 packages

Workback Planner, Queue and Summary code components

A working Framer form with success and error states

Responsive desktop, tablet and phone layouts in Satoshi and Geist Mono

Good to know

Noor Visser, her clients, numbers and quotes are made up. Photos from Unsplash, no real logos

Bookings are typed into one text field (booked, half or away), pasted into Planner and Queue. No calendar sync, no slot holding: update it when your calendar changes

Most demo bookings are counted from today so the demo stays current. Enter your real dates

Plans count whole working days; add holidays as away days

A planning guide, not a quote: no prices, and every enquiry can still be sent

Keep package names the same in the Packages CMS and the planner

No blog, dark mode, multiple languages or payments. Form limits depend on your Framer plan

Publishes free on a Framer subdomain with the Framer badge; a custom domain needs a paid plan. 2 CMS collections, so it fits the Basic plan

Included Pages
