Aiguelonde is a luxury real estate template built the way a brokerage actually works.

Every property has a status: Coming Soon, Available, Under Offer or Sold. One dropdown in the CMS rewrites the whole page. Mark a house Sold and the price leaves the page, the photographs stay, and the viewing form becomes a rail of similar properties nearby. Set one date field and an open house appears across the site and in a bar pinned under the nav on that property. Clear the field and it disappears.

Listings filter live by status, type and bedrooms, and sort by price. Visitors can save houses and compare them side by side, no accounts needed. Agents carry their own inventory. Neighbourhoods are editorial guides linked to the houses in them. Every viewing form knows which property it came from.
