Calibre is a website template for recruitment agencies whose homepage tries to serve two audiences at once and ends up serving neither. Jobs, sectors, consultants and insights all run on the Framer CMS, so the agency posts a role in minutes - no developer, no code, no waiting.

Candidates go one way to the jobs board, employers go the other to proof and a conversation about their vacancy. The board filters by sector, location, contract type, salary and work pattern, and every role shows the named consultant handling it, with a photo and a direct email. Mark a role filled and it leaves the live board without losing the record.

Salary bands are shown openly by default, because "competitive" costs applications.

Calibre pairs a confident, data-forward look with a structure any consultant can maintain. Every colour and typeface is a Framer style you can change in one place, so your brand is live in five minutes.
