Switchpoint is a complete Framer website for the software vendor fighting an "X vs Y" search. Eight pages on a real design system, in a near-black treatment with one electric blue accent.

The difference is the switch cost. Every "why switch to us" page shows the saving and stops there. None of them price what leaving actually costs: the contract you still owe, the migration hours, retraining across every seat, and the days you run slow during the move. Switchpoint prices all four, then shows the month it turns positive. On its defaults, leaving a 4,800 a month incumbent with 3 months left on the contract costs 23,300 up front, saves 3,300 a month, breaks even in month 8, and finishes year one 16,300 ahead.

An uncomfortable number that survives procurement, and still holds at the renewal.

Eight pages plus a CMS detail template and a custom 404: home, the comparison index, one page per rival, pricing, contact with a working enquiry form, privacy and terms. Desktop, tablet and phone are laid out, including a drawer navigation.

Rivals are a CMS collection. Each one stores its own monthly cost, contract months remaining and migration hours as numbers, and those numbers pre-fill the calculator on that rival's page, so "vs whom" is a field the owner edits rather than page copy anyone has to rewrite. Feature comparison rows are per-rival rich text tables.

The hero is real WebGL: two models on a shared turntable, mirrored either side of a divider, with pointer parallax. The model is embedded in the component, so nothing depends on a CDN, and the whole scene is swapped out on phone and under reduced motion.

Every colour comes from one of nine tokens, so rebranding is a colour change rather than a rebuild. Demo rivals are fictional.
